Happy FurrEver Family Birthday, Shelby

Today is the one-year anniversary of Shelby’s adoption from the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando . She’s a calico with cattitude. From what I been told, calico’s have more cattitude than the average cat. I don’t know if that is true or not.

Shelby has brought us both joy and aggravation this last year. But the joy definitely outweighs the aggravation. She loves to snuggle, give kisses and lick my hands while I’m typing. On the flip side, she also loves to bite electrical cords and chew the papers on my desk. So, I normally have a very clean desk adorned with a calico cat.

In celebration of Shelby’s FurrEver Family Birthday, I thought I’d show you a few of the pictures we’ve taken throughout the year and encourage you to adopt a pet of your own.
